1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services as per the specifications agreed upon during the booking process. Our services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate details about your property and cleaning requirements.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept credit/debit card, and other common payment methods.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed time of service.
- You are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before the service begins.
- We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect information or unsafe conditions.
6. Liability
- While we take utmost care during our services, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property.
- In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of [Insert Amount].
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party service providers.
7. Complaints
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.
- We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
