3. Payments

• All payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept credit/debit card, and other common payment methods.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed time of service.
• You are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before the service begins.
• We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect information or unsafe conditions.

6. Liability

• While we take utmost care during our services, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property.
• In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of [Insert Amount].
